No dia 26 do primeiro mês no calendário lunar chinês, realiza-se habitualmente a abertura do cofre de Kun Iam. Os Correios de Macau associam-se ao evento, ao lançar uma emissão filatélica subordinada ao tema “Abertura do Cofre de Kun Iam” no dia 20 de Fevereiro de 2009.
