It is with great joy that we receive the 'sui ci ding hai' or 'Year of the Pig', according to Chinese lunar calendar.
The pig, one of the first animals to be domed by man, is of paramount importance to the Chinese people. Its meat is a major food and their skin is used in the production of leather.
This lunar year of the Pig, is accompanied by wishes for peace in the world, better quality of life, a more cohesive society and happiness and joy for all.
